Please do not send your password, financial institution authentication information, card number, or resident registration number. For requests that require identity verification, we may request additional information only to the minimum necessary for processing.

Data deletion request

To request deletion of Google sign-in data, a public profile, community posts, comments, or images, include your signed-in Google email and the target post URL or identifier. After identity verification, related server data and images will be handled together. To delete budget data only, use Reset all data in Settings.

Record recovery

Budget data, calculator favorites and recent calculations, and reward progress are stored on your device first and sync to account storage after Google sign-in. Signed-out records and changes not yet sent to the server cannot be recovered after deleting browser data or the app. Download a JSON backup from Settings before moving devices or resetting.

Processing Information

We will check your submission and respond by email to the extent possible. Requests that require fact verification, identity verification, protection of other users' rights, or legal review may take longer to process. Please also report illegal content or issues that pose an immediate risk to the relevant authorities.
